Request for Proposals

The Salina Airport Authority (SAA), project owner, is accepting proposals for the construction of HVAC Improvements to the M.J. Kennedy Air Terminal (Bldg. No. 120).  Copies of the plans and specifications may be obtained beginning on Tuesday, March 16, 2010 from the office of Kenny Bieker, Mgr. of Facilities and Construction, Salina Airport Authority, 3237 Arnold Ave., Salina, Kansas 67401, Ph. (785) 827-3914.  

A pre-proposal conference will be held on Tuesday, March 23, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the SAA’s M.J. Kennedy Air Terminal Conference Rm, 3237 Arnold Ave., Salina, KS.  The contractor must submit their proposal on the form provided in the specification document.  Proposals will be received at the SAA offices, 3237 Arnold Ave., Salina, KS until Thursday, April 8, 2:00 p.m., local time and then publicly opened and read aloud at the same address in the M.J. Kennedy Air Terminal conference room.  The SAA reserves the right to waive irregularities in the proposals and to reject any or all proposals.
