Stephanie Carlin

Stephanie Klingzell Carlin is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers. She obtained her designation as a result of successfully passing the Society’s intensive written and oral examinations, submission of appraisal data, and other qualifying criteria demanded by the Society’s International Board of Examiners.
Stephanie is also an active member of the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO).
Stephanie actively held the Certified Exit Planner (CExP™) designation with the Business Enterprise Institute, Inc. from 2009‐2016. The Business Enterprise Institute (BEI) trains and certifies Certified Exit Planners to create comprehensive exit plans that meet the objectives of business owners. Through training, rigorous testing and ongoing continuing education, CExP™ designation holders provide comprehensive, professionally executed Exit Planning services.
Stephanie is passionate about utilizing her gifts of teaching and speaking to help business owners and their teams achieve their overall business objectives. Stephanie has been a speaker for various organizations including the Saline/Ottawa County Bar Association, the ESOP Association, and the National Center for Employee Ownership. She enjoys speaking nationally on a wide array of topics including business valuation, ownership transition, ESOPs, and communication and culture in the workplace.
Stephanie was recognized as a 2017 Top 40 Under Forty honoree by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA).
A life-long Kansan who was born with an entrepreneurial spirit, Stephanie is also mom to Cooper and identical twin boys, Zachary and Brooks. She and her husband Mike enjoy spending time with their boys in the great outdoors and watching their sons grow in their faith and desire to become godly men.
