The Salina Airport Authority is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination under any of our programs, services, or activities on the basis of race, color, national origin, or any other characteristic protected by law. This commitment applies to all phases of our operations, including planning, development, and implementation.
Understanding Title VI
Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 is a federal law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, and national origin in programs and activities receiving federal financial assistance. As a recipient of federal funds, the Salina Airport Authority strives to provide equitable access to all services, and we take all necessary steps to prevent discrimination and promote inclusivity.
How We Uphold Title VI
To ensure compliance with Title VI, Salina Airport Authority actively:
- Monitors programs and services to prevent discriminatory practices.
- Provides training and resources to staff on Title VI requirements.

Your Rights Under Title VI
If you believe you have been subjected to discrimination under any of our programs or activities, you have the right to file a complaint. Salina Airport Authority will investigate all complaints promptly and take appropriate action to resolve any violations.
